Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. seeks an Entry Processing Team Member in Excelsior Springs, MO to operate and monitor production machinery, ensure quality and safety, and support continuous improvement on a 12-hour rotation with a night shift differential.

We require a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year in manufacturing, forklift certification (preferred for Advanced Level); knowledge of SAP/IQS/MII/Weaver is a plus. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred for Advanced Level.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing machinery and equipment.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and quality.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA; maintain sanitation.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP.
• Support 5S, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.
