Winland Foods is hiring an Entry Processing Team Member in Excelsior Springs, MO. You will operate and maintain processing machinery, monitor product flow, and ensure high quality and food safety standards across shifts.

Role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of experience in manufacturing or food production, and forklift certification is preferred for advanced levels. Training on SAP/IQS/MII/Weaver is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product flow; ensure batches meet quality and food safety standards.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII and Weaver to keep processing flowing; perform equipment changes.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and company safety policies.
