Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Waco, TX is seeking a Printing Press Operator I to support production with press setup, monitor print quality, and maintain sanitation and safety standards. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 8–12 hours, overtime on weekends, and successful completion of a certification test within 90 days.

You will work with diverse teams and follow GMPs, PRPs, and SOPs to produce high‑quality packaging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work overtime and weekend shifts.
• Certification test completed within 90 days of hire.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Stand 8–12 hours per shift and comply with PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up printing presses for production according to procedures.
• Monitor print quality and maintain sanitation standards.
• Keep machines and work area clean and organized.
• Report issues to higher‑level operators on shift.
• Follow GMPs, PRPs, and SOPs throughout production.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
