Job summary

Printpack is seeking a qualified Press Operator for its Converting plant in Grand Prairie, TX. You will be responsible for safe operation of printing equipment, ensuring high quality standards while supporting team initiatives.

This role demands basic press operations, quality control, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing context. Candidates must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Printing experience required.
• Previous flexo press operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate printing equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Perform complete job setup including print cylinders, anilox rolls, ink, and doctor blades.
• Execute color matching and equipment adjustments for optimal production.
