Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.

Responsibilities

• Setup, calibrate, and operate flexographic printing presses; prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink rollers.
• Inspect production for quality using gauges and measurements to maintain tolerances.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to SOPs, ISO 9001 guidelines, and safety practices while working with team.
• Log finished production and material usage in computer systems.
