Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• 2+ years of experience running a stamping press is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic stamping presses to form, cut, or shape precision metal parts
• Load and feed raw metal material into the press safely and accurately
• Change and set up plates, tools, dies, and fixtures as required for each job
• Adjust press settings to meet production and quality specifications
• Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
