Job summary

Paris Corporation is seeking a Press Operator 1 to operate stock paper converting machines, perform setup, and ensure quality across production runs. You will monitor runs, perform adjustments, and maintain equipment to deliver accurate sheeted products. Knowledge of converting techniques and a hands-on approach are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, light industrial environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stock paper converting machines to produce forms and cut sheets.
• Perform quality checks and adjust machines to meet specs.
• Maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure correct sheet dimensions during sheeting (e.g., 8.5x11).
