Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Solid work history required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to read, understand and execute work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the process sheet to run the mold(s) properly.
• Inspect your area and equipment for safety hazards and report to supervisor.
• Wear all required PPE.
• Check work area before startup to ensure proper materials are on hand.
• Load rubber prep and inserts into molds correctly.
• Complete production tags and day-by-the-hour sheets as required.
• Strive for efficiency and productivity.
• Audit parts while running and seek to improve quality with zero defects.
