Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a molding press operator in Indiana. The role focuses on safely operating rubber molding presses, monitoring robotic inspection, and ensuring parts meet specifications.

You will follow work instructions, perform basic shop math, read OD sheets, and maintain documentation. The position runs on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with starting pay of $20.25 per hour and a shift premium up to $1.25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding presses safely and efficiently.
• Monitor automated robotic inspection system and address issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Read OD sheets and set up machines per job requirements.
• Record quality data and fill out documentation.
• Assist with maintenance within training scope.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors as needed.
• Use computer tools (QAS, Excel, Word) for reports.
