Job summary

Qualifications

• Be able to read and follow basic work instructions.
• Read gram scales and perform basic shop math.
• Be able to operate automatic rubber molding presses safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Lift/push/pull about 30 lbs and stand 8 hours.
• Read and understand OD sheets for machine setup and job data.
• Perform basic maintenance within training scope.
• Ensure product quality and complete required documentation.
• Set up, store, package, and transport finished products.
• Keep tools organized and properly stored.
• Communicate issues to supervisors promptly.
• Use computer tools for routine tasks (QAS, Excel, Word).
• Actively participate on the High Performance Team.
