Job summary

The U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a skilled Press Operator in Holyoke, MA to set up and operate primary and secondary presses for blanking, piercing, bending, and related fabrication of side plates and attachments.

You will ensure equipment runs at high efficiency, monitor quality, transfer finished components, and assist in training other operators while maintaining adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Approved training program for setting up and operating equipment.
• Knowledge of blanking, fabrication, and power presses to maintain tolerances.
• Experience setting up and maintaining other complex mechanical equipment.
• Self-motivated and able to own work schedule and quality.
• Team player willing to collaborate with others to move processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a wide range of presses for blanking, piercing, bending and related operations.
• Maintain equipment to High efficiency and quality standards and close tolerances.
• Measure quality parameters of chain components and take corrective action when needed.
• Retrieve raw materials and transfer finished components to subsequent processes.
• Assist, train and develop operators.
