Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA, is seeking a hands-on assembler to work from blueprints, route sheets, and written instructions to produce high-quality metal bellows components. The position requires careful attention to detail and safe operation of large presses.

You will set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses (150–1,200 tons), perform rubber-to-metal stamping when trained, and inspect parts using SPC and precision gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or quality preferred, but not necessary - we will train you!
• Ability to read blueprints and route sheets.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints and instructions to produce high-quality components.
• Set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses (150 tons to 1,200 tons).
• Perform rubber-to-metal stamping when trained.
• Work with Inconel, AM350, and titanium strip stock to specified thicknesses.
• Conduct in-process inspections per ES specifications and maintain set-ups.
• Verify product quality using SPC and precision measuring tools.
• Use basic computer skills to perform labor transactions and system functions.
