Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to set up, operate, and form precision sheet metal components according to engineering specifications. You will work with tooling, perform bend deductions, and ensure parts meet tolerances through inspection.

The role requires experience, strong math, and the ability to read drawings. You will comply with ISO standards and GMP/GDP procedures, with a first shift from 7 AM to 3 PM and a salary between $55,000 and $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2 years of press brake experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong math skills to calculate bend deductions.
• Ability to read drawings and use precision inspection tools.
• High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and FAI procedures.

Responsibilities

• Setup & bending: choose tooling and V-die openings to meet material and thickness requirements.
• Perform bend deductions and flat layout calculations.
• Read engineering drawings and verify dimensions with precision gauges.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and ongoing sample checks.
• Follow ISO quality standards, GMP, GDP, and SOPs.
