Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, vocational training in metal fabrication is a plus.
• Experience operating press brake or similar industrial machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements with precision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the hydraulic press brake machine with appropriate dies and tooling.
• Read blueprints and work orders to determine specs, dimensions, and bending sequences.
• Program or adjust CNC settings to achieve precise bending of metal materials.
• Position and align sheets, manage material movement, and monitor the process.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers and gauges to ensure tight tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and report issues to supervision.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear PPE.
