Job summary

Alianza in Gastonia, NC is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role sets up and operates press brake equipment to bend and form metal components per blueprints and specs.

A minimum of 1 year in manufacturing is required, with preferred CNC press brake experience. Applicants should be mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, capable of using precision measuring tools and reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, production specifications, and measurements.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and tape measures.
• Experience with CNC-controlled press brakes is preferred.
• Ability to operate CNC controls, touchscreen, or machine panels to load and select programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment per work orders, blueprints, and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and work instructions.
• Select, install, and adjust tooling and dies based on production needs.
• Use CNC controls or machine panels to load, enter, and adjust production programs.
• Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and quality requirements.
