The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule and a pay range of $28.00–$30.00 per hour. Candidates should have at least 2 years of press brake experience and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating press brake machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with large fabricated parts and stainless steel preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines and related fabrication equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Select tooling, dies, and machine settings based on production requirements.
• Form and bend metal components to precise specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
• Ensure products meet dimensional and quality standards.
• Organize work tasks and materials to support efficient production.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work independently or with team to meet production goals.
