Job summary

Quality Industries, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in Lavergne, Tennessee, is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators for the 1st shift. Qualified candidates will be motivated and able to work with limited supervision, setting up and operating Press Brake to bend, form and straighten metal stock to blueprints or specifications.

Duties include reading blueprints, first/last piece inspections, applying knowledge of metal properties to bending operations, and maintaining a

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry preferred.
• Blueprint reading
• Good math skills
• GD&T knowledge
• Must pass test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brakes to bend, form and straighten metal stock to blueprint or specifications.
• Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
• Apply knowledge of metal properties to bending operations.
• Perform clerical and labor reporting duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
