Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: prepare brake press with tooling and dies for accurate bending.
• Offline programming: develop CNC programs translating drawings to machine code.
• Material Inspection: check raw materials for defects before production.
• Tool Maintenance: inspect and maintain tooling alignment.
• Production Operation: operate Trumpf, Cincinnati, and Safan presses per blueprints.
• Quality Control: verify dimensions with calipers/micrometers and adjust as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety protocols and keep workspace clean.
• Problem Solving: troubleshoot machine issues with maintenance team.
• Documentation: record production output and settings for traceability.
