Rocket Close is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Close Review Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to ensure title documents and property information are accurate before closing. You will review abstracts, commitments, and related materials, verify ownership and liens, and coordinate with clients and title partners to resolve issues.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will research public records and escalate complex items to the right teams to keep deals on track and ensure timely closings

Qualificações

• 1-2 years experience in title industry, mortgage, real estate processing, or related field.
• Experience reviewing title-related documentation and identifying discrepancies or issues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience researching property, ownership, lien, or other public-record information.

Responsabilidades

• Review title-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify property ownership, lien, vesting and other information against documents.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate items as needed.
• Research public records to address routine file issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, title partners, and externals to obtain documentation and resolve issues.
• Review closing-related requirements to ensure all information is addressed before closing.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team/leadership and manage high-volume workload.
