Job summary

You will review abstracts, commitments, and supporting docs, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with internal and external partners to keep files on track.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will research public records, verify ownership and liens, and escalate complex issues to the right teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the title industry or real estate processing.
• Experience reviewing title-related documentation and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience researching property, ownership, lien, or other public-record information.

Responsibilities

• Review title-related documentation, including abstracts, commitments, and supporting documents, for accuracy and completeness
• Verify property, ownership, lien, vesting, and other relevant information against available documentation
• Identify discrepancies, outstanding items, and potential issues and take appropriate action
• Research available public records and other resources to obtain information needed to address routine file issues
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, title partners, and external parties to obtain documentation and resolve issues
• Review closing-related requirements and documentation to help ensure all necessary information is addressed prior to closing
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team and manage a high-volume workload while meeting quality expectations
