Job summary

Crenlo in Rochester, MN, is seeking a Powder Coater to apply powder coating to parts using various equipment, ensuring thickness and quality while maintaining safety and productivity. You will prepare surfaces, load/unload parts, and keep the booth and gear clean.

You'll also follow prints, maintain documentation, and work with a team to keep operations efficient and reliable in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required, both written and spoken.
• Experience in powder coating is preferred or training provided.
• Ability to read prints and specification documentation.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating using equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Adjust equipment to maintain required powder thickness.
• Prepare surfaces: cleaning, sanding, masking, caulking, etc.
• Load and unload parts.
• Maintain and clean booth and application equipment.
• Maintain quality, safety and productivity.
• Maintain clean and neat work area.
• Report labor and job data accurately.
• Perform other duties as required.
