MAPAL Inc. Fountain Inn, SC, is seeking a skilled EWAG Grind Operator to ensure tooling meets blueprint specifications and MAPAL standards. You will set up and operate the EWAG grinder, read engineering drawings, and maintain equipment per schedule.

The role requires 3+ years of related education/experience and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. Safe, focused work in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for career development is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to set up and operate EWAG machine.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement equipment to tolerances.
• Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
• Safe handling and maintenance per MAPAL standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tooling is inspected for proper manufacturing to blueprint specifications and MAPAL standards.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Produce product in accordance with job router, print and capacity; set up and operate EWAG grinding machine to conform to PCD product specifications.
• Implement and inspect equipment maintenance according to maintenance schedule.
• Ensure work area and equipment are maintained, organized and clean to MAPAL standards.
• Exhibit MAPAL behaviors as defined by policy, procedure and standards.
