We seek a CNC EDM Machine Operator/Machinist to set up and operate multi‑axis EDM and grinding equipment, program tools, inspect to blueprint standards, and maintain quality records. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related training or degree, experience with precision measurement equipment, and strong

Qualifications

• Education or training equivalent to a 2–4 year degree, or on‑the‑job training.
• Experience with multi‑Axis CNC grinding machinery or OD grinding.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and prints to MAPAL standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC multi‑Axis EDM or tool and cutter grinding machines.
• Get the job done according to blueprints and MAPAL standards.
• Program and grind tools to meet blueprint specs.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain logs of production, defects, and quality checks.
• Assist in training new operators and follow MAPAL procedures.
