Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PCB soldering experience including through-hole and SMT.
• Familiar with soldering tools such as irons, reflow ovens, and microscopes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated soldering of electronic components on PCBs following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect solder joints for quality and compliance using visual inspection and magnification tools, identifying and correcting defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot soldering issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Document all soldering activities, including process parameters and quality checks, to support traceability and continuous improvement.
