Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs and assemblies for workmanship, solder quality, and polarity.
• Perform SMT and through-hole rework with approved soldering techniques.
• Remove/replace components and repair boards as needed.
• Use microscopes to identify defects and verify repairs.
• Maintain production records and traceability logs.
• Follow IPC guidelines and lean manufacturing practices.
