Job summary

NW Staffing Resources is seeking a hands-on PCB rework technician in Hillsboro, OR, to inspect and repair PCBs and electronic assemblies. You will perform SMT and through-hole soldering, desoldering, rework, and component replacements, using microscopes to verify precision.

Ideal candidates have experience with PCB inspection and rework, strong hand soldering skills, and familiarity with IPC/ESD standards. This full-time role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety practices.
