Job summary

Jabil in Grantsville, UT is seeking a detail-oriented quality inspector to support manufacturing lines, perform routine inspections, and ensure products meet stringent quality standards while maintaining safety.

The role requires a High School diploma, at least 2 years in a Jabil production position (or equivalent), and QC certification. You will operate AOI equipment, document results in the MES, and follow SOPs to drive efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years experience in a relevant Jabil production position or equivalent external work experience.
Must be QC certified.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
Inspect in-process and finished assemblies for conformance to QA standards.
Read and follow SOPs / engineering change notices to determine acceptance or rejection of product.
Work under close supervision of Manufacturing supervisor or other designated supervisor.
Follow standardized and routine written directions and visual aides for QA inspection operations.
Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling, first article checks, and AOI.
Enter standardized information into MES system to indicate pass or fail.
Adhere to safety and health rules and company security policy.
