Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspection procedures on circuit boards and assemblies to ensure quality.
• Verify machine setup prior to running production.
• Select inspection methods (first article, sampling, 100% inspection).
• Communicate quality issues with customer and conduct post-pack audits.
• Train others in quality control processes and procedures.
• Ensure parts conform to customer quality standards. Move parts to inspection workstation as needed.
