Responsibilities

• Perform intricate visual inspections of complex pre‑ship and finished assemblies.
• Verify correct machine setup prior to running assemblies.
• Select inspection methods (first article checks, sampling, or 100% inspection).
• Apply knowledge of electrical principles and QC standards to determine pass/fail.
• Access customer quality systems and communicate inspection issues.
• Determine causes of defects and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing.
• Review solutions and escalate as needed to Quality Supervisor.
• Act as final checkpoint for finished goods prior to shipment.
• Train others in Quality Control processes and procedures.
