Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in East Syracuse, NY, is hiring for a production/operator role on the second shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm).

The position requires following English-written instructions, reading blueprints, operating processing equipment, ensuring quality and safety, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets. Relevant experience in PCB/manufacturing and familiarity with CNC machinery and inspection tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• PCB/manufacturing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology helpful.
• Lean principles/continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within parameters.
• Meet or exceed output targets and metrics.
• Read blueprints and shop orders for correct operations.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines.
• Work in a team and demonstrate a customer-focused culture.
