Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Process Engineer to support the planning, process, and fabrication of specialty PCBs at the East Syracuse, NY facility. This second shift role requires training on first shift, with occasional travel under 10%.

The position emphasizes process improvements, equipment programming, and safety compliance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2–4 years of process engineering experience, with PCB fabrication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• 1+ years in a PCB fabrication environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with various departments to maintain, analyze, and improve all processes.
• DOE and capability testing to evaluate processes and outputs.
• Root cause analysis of day-to-day issues in the departments.
• Accountable for programming and troubleshooting of equipment software.
• Generate, accumulate, and manage hazardous wastes as directed by EHS.
• Adhere to PPE, safety procedures, and training requirements; participate in safety programs.
