Job summary

Pioneer Circuits, a private U.S. manufacturer of high‑performance PCBA solutions, is hiring a Holefill Operator in Santa Ana, CA. You will apply conductive or non-conductive pastes to pre-drilled holes, inspect artwork, and log operations in ProCIM, with strict adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets work instruction to verify part and lot details, ensuring previous operation is signed and dated.
• Inspects hole-fill artwork and ensures clearance before processing; notifies team lead of issues.
• Applies aluminum shield where required and uses holefill materials per SOP.
• Operates holefill machine, wooden stick or squeegee to fill holes to bottom of panel.
• Cleans excess material and ensures flush surface; logs job in ProCIM and moves order.
