Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• IPC-A-610 Certification and J-STD-001 Certification required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with focus on precision and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret operation sheets and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform PC board assembly, soldering, chassis wiring and mechanical assembly, and inspection.
• Follow engineering drawings and changes to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of direct labor time charged to products.
• Set up and operate testing equipment (multimeters, ohmmeters, flow meters).
• Provide training and mentoring to other employees as needed.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain organized, clean workstations.
