College Park Industries is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our prosthetics manufacturing team. You will focus on PCB assemblies and wire harnesses, soldering wires to surface mount and through-hole points, and contributing to reliable device production.

The role requires precision, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting specifications. Typical hours are Mon–Fri 7:15 AM–5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays; safety and quality are emphasized throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in electronic assembly and soldering techniques preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings.
• Detail-oriented with precision and quality focus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Solder electronic components onto PCBs (through-hole and surface mount).
• Inspect and verify quality of work performed.
• Operate soldering equipment with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with assembly team to maintain workflow and meet production targets.
• Assist in electro-mechanical tasks within the department as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Report shortages, discrepancies, or issues to supervisor.
