Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a NC Route Operator to perform all NC drill functions in PCB manufacturing within a fast-paced EMS environment. The role will require accuracy in drilling and routing, and familiarity with travelers and tolerances.

The position offers 2–4 years of drilling/routing experience, strong measurement abilities, and preferred Sanmina experience, with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in drilling and routing operations.
• Must understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances.
• Experience in lamination operation.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Sanmina experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excellon & Hitachi drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, Laser drill and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment in Drill area.
• Run NC routing equipment both in manual and automatic mode.
• Make necessary scale and step changes when required.
• This position will require experience in Fabrication, Planarization and Lamination and Drilling.
• Must be experienced in using measuring devices (micrometers and dial calipers) and/or scopes to measure line width, spacing, cut-outs, routed features and overall product sizes.
