Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking an NC Route Operator to perform all NC drill functions in a PCB manufacturing environment. The role focuses on high-precision drilling and routing within an ITAR facility.

Primary duties include operating Excellon and Hitachi drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, laser drilling and XRT tooling, plus NC routing in manual and automatic modes. Strong measurement skills with micrometers and calipers are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in drilling and routing operations.
• Understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances.
• Experience in lamination operation.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excellon & Hitachi drill machines and PCB X-ray equipment.
• Run NC routing equipment in manual and automatic modes.
• Make scale and step changes when required.
• Measure line width, spacing and features with micrometers or calipers.
