TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator - Drill for 2nd shift in Santa Ana, CA.

The role includes operating drilling equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining tooling like drill bits and cassettes, with room for a 90-day pay increase evaluation. Requirements include at least 2 years of CNC drilling experience in PCB or related industries, and familiarity with Excellon machines or X-ray registration systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC drilling experience in PCB or related industries.
• Working knowledge of drilling equipment such as Excellon machines and X-Ray registration systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate department equipment and perform quality checks, Preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Set up drill cassettes and replace dull bits.
• Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of drill bits.
• Enter jobs into the manufacturing control system and verify shop orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workspace and complete documentation.
