Job summary

Stratton Landscape Group, LLC is seeking a Paver / Hardscape Installer to prepare and install pavers and hardscape materials on commercial and landscape projects. The role covers site prep, grading, base, layout, cutting, placement, jointing, compaction, and finishing to deliver high-quality work.

The ideal candidate has experience with paver installation and understands grades and elevations; safety and teamwork on outdoor Utah job sites are essential.

Qualifications

Experience with paver and hardscape installation preferred.
Knowledge of grading, leveling, base preparation, drainage.
Ability to read and follow plans and layouts.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Install concrete, brick, clay, porcelain, natural-stone pavers per plans and specs.
Prepare installation areas through excavation, grading, leveling and compaction.
Install aggregate base, bedding materials and foundation supplies.
Measure grades, elevations, slopes, and layout lines.
Lay and set pavers with proper spacing, alignment, and finish.
Cut pavers and track joints with appropriate tools.
Install edging, restraints, borders, and joints.
Apply jointing materials and complete compaction and finishing.
Operate paver-related equipment safely and maintain tools.
