You will prep bases, cut materials, follow blueprints, operate landscape tools, and collaborate with the crew to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety and cleanliness on site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in brick paver installation or hardscape projects.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Gurnee, IL.

Responsibilities

• Install brick pavers, natural stone, and hardscape materials for patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls.
• Prepare and grade base materials including gravel, sand, and compacted subbase for proper drainage and stability.
• Cut and shape pavers and stone using saws and hand tools to fit design specifications.
• Follow project layouts and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise installations.
• Operate hand and power tools, plate compactors, and other landscaping equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the duration of each project.
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
