Job summary

Aerotek in Springdale, AR is seeking an Operations Generalist to support production and refurbishment, preparing components, handling materials, and operating cleaning equipment across nearby buildings.

You will follow detailed schematics, mask parts, move parts across campus, stock tooling, and help maintain cleanliness and FOD control; experience with hand tools and blueprints is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to stand and move for the majority of the workday.
• Experience using written work instructions or blueprints.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow detailed schematics and masking instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting and preparing parts.
• Reliability in handling, tracking, and transporting parts across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for masking and processing per schematics.
• Mask components of varying sizes using masking tape per task.
• Collect incoming materials from the bonding room and deliver to production cells.
• Transport parts between buildings on campus, including outdoor work.
• Maintain stocked tool boxes and refill materials in each cell.
• Support FOD control by locating missing parts to keep production moving.
• Operate aqueous cleaning equipment per established procedures.
