Qualifications

• 1 year of machine operator or manufacturing experience (required).
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Possess intermediate math, reading, and writing skills.
• Mechanical aptitude, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand dexterity.
• Understand and apply safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints to shape wire with a fixture without damaging the wire.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines according to customer specifications.
• Adapt to changing priorities.
• Understand operating features of equipment and adjust parameters accordingly.
• Visually inspect material as first line of inspection to ensure product quality.
• Follow procedures for traceability, line clearance, process control, safety, and housekeeping.
