Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent company in Garrett, IN, is seeking Assemblers and Machine Operators to join their team.

Pay is $17–$19.50 per hour with all shifts available. You will assemble light components to schematics, operate machines, and perform basic quality checks on finished products. Candidates must stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and be willing to work overtime as required. A fast-paced environment demands precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous production experience is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying materials weighing up to 35 lbs (average 20 lbs).
• Standing, bending, and stooping for extended periods; reach as needed.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as diagrams and blueprints.
• Must meet physical requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assembling light components including wiring, fixtures and hardware to schematics.
• Machine Operator.
