Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Commitment to quality, GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Changeovers of production equipment with minimal downtime.
• Record quality measurements and adhere to SPC/quality checks.
• Maintain housekeeping and accurate production documentation.
• Communicate issues and ideas to supervisors and staff.
