Job summary

Propak in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a Pallet Quality Inspector to ensure pallets meet customer standards. You will inspect wooden Chep pallets, apply quality criteria, and document audit results while regularly lifting up to 75 pounds.

This full-time, second-shift position offers weekly pay, benefits, and a guaranteed progression plan; the schedule is 3:00 pm–11:30 pm Sunday through Thursday, with a rate of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and imperfections.
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift 75lb wooden pallets.
• Understanding of quality criteria and grading standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets to ensure they meet customer criteria and quality standards.
• Divide and distribute pallets based on quality criteria and grade.
• Maintain accurate records on pallets repaired and audit scores.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
