Job summary

PLA seeks a Pallet Sorter for the A1 shift to support our pallet management operations in Oklahoma. You will inspect pallets for defects, sort them by type and condition, and uphold a safe, organized workspace while meeting daily production targets.

The role offers a clear progression plan with pay increases over time and comprehensive benefits. A stable schedule from 6am to 4:30pm Tuesday through Friday supports work-life balance in a busy distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to identify pallet defects and discrepancies.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks accurately and safely.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet production rates.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely removing debris from pallets and inspecting pallet condition.
• Sort pallets by type and condition criteria to PLA standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Follow established productivity rates while ensuring quality.
