Job summary

farmerfocus is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician for our Acorn facility. This on-site role requires building pallets, reading labels and order sheets, operating an electric pallet jack, staging product, and ensuring correct shipment readiness.

You will follow FIFO, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipping operations in a damp, cold warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English and communicate with supervisors and teammates.
• Able to operate an electric pallet jack after training.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in damp/cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets safely and efficiently per order requirements and shipping instructions.
• Read paperwork and identify items.
• Operate inventory scanner.
• Load outgoing trucks with accurate orders.
• Maintain FIFO inventory rotation.
• Keep shipping documentation accurate.
