Job summary

Shenandoah Valley Organic, LLC is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to support customer shipments from our Acorn Facility. You will build pallets, read labels, operate an inventory scanner, and load outgoing trucks using an electric pallet jack.

The role requires attention to detail, safe handling in a damp/cold warehouse, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. 2nd shift, on-site, full-time with differential pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to identify items on paperwork, labels, order sheets, and shipping documents.
• Ability to operate and understand an inventory scanner.
• Ability to work from order sheets and follow shipping instructions accurately.
• Ability to be trained to safely use an electric pallet jack.
• Ability to pick, build, stage, transport, and load customer orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets safely and efficiently according to order requirements.
• Read and understand English and identify items on paperwork.
• Operate and understand the inventory scanner.
• Work from order sheets to build loads using an electric pallet jack.
• Follow proper load and stop sequence when placing product for shipment.
