Job summary

ES MFG is seeking an experienced painter for a manufacturing environment on B Shift (Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM). Primary shift may require flexibility to A Shift 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with increases to $20.50-$24.00 based on performance and hire-in. Responsibilities include operating spray guns to apply paint and coatings, surface preparation, product inspection for quality, maintaining equipment and workspace, and following safety and production procedures.

• Ability to work efficiently in a production setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work either shift as needed

We are seeking experienced painters to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using spray guns in a manufacturing or industrial setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: Primary Shift (B Shift): Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Candidates must also be flexible to work: A Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour

• Pay increases to $20.50-$24.00 per hour based on performance and upon hire-in
