Job summary

ES MFG is seeking an experienced painter for a manufacturing environment on B Shift (Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM). Primary shift may require flexibility to A Shift 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with increases to $20.50-$24.00 based on performance and hire-in. Responsibilities include operating spray guns to apply paint and coatings, surface preparation, product inspection for quality, maintaining equipment and workspace, and following safety and production procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using spray guns in a manufacturing environment required
• Ability to work efficiently in a production setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work either shift as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate spray guns to apply paint and coatings to manufactured parts/products
• Prepare surfaces and materials for painting
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
