Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–10 years of direct/relevant experience depending on scope.
• Mechanical or electrical work experience.
• Moderate knowledge of general manufacturing with good mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and guidelines.
• Independent judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess surface prep and apply paint or protective coatings.
• Operate equipment to clean, strip, sand and prepare items for painting.
• Mix and prepare paint to specifications.
• Operate spray or coating equipment as required.
• Clean and maintain paint guns, booths, ventilation and PPE.
• Maintain neat material storage areas and daily usage logs.
• Assemble equipment to engineering drawings and Conair standards.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Position or align components for assembly; rework or repair damaged parts.
• Report progress and issues to team leaders; contribute to a positive team culture.
